MBA Scholarships for International Students and Developing Countries

MBA degree is a full two years degree program the course is designed for someone who wants to develop skills that are required in business and management on a professional level. Many people associate MBA degree with someone who only has the desire for money and this can be misleading on so many levels because of the program itself is has many specialized branches of disciplines.

Be it for acquiring new skills, having a better career prospect or transition to a new one, or building a network for your future business is a solid reason for pursuing your MBA degree. The tuition for MBA degree in the US university is $100,000 a year, the tuition varies from institution to institution and depends on where you are doing the study program. The Koffi Annan Fellowship Program

The Koffi Annan Fellowship Program is a full scholarship program for students from least developing countries (LDCs) and landlocked developing countries (LLDCs). The purpose of this program is to make significant contributions for the targeted countries mentioned above and to raise awareness of responsibility in leadership in developing countries.

Koffi Annan MBA scholarships program is an annual scholarship program partnered with the universities and institutions in Europe such as ESMT Berlin, HHL Leipzig (Germany), University of Utrecht (Netherlands), NOVA SBE (Portugal), Koc University (Turkey), and Business School Lausanne (Switzerland).

For the MBA program, the application begins January each year and end on September 30.

The scholarship provided with funds and fees of 43,000 EUR worth stipend and a monthly stipend for living expenses plus the scholar will be given provided with expenses for travel and accommodation cost related to the program. (note: the amounts of awards may vary please contact the admission of partnered Institution mentioned above for more detail ).

The requirements and eligibility

The candidates must be a resident in one UN’s least developing countries (LDC’s), Landlocked developing countries (LLDC’s),  and Palestinian are also eligible to apply. The applicants MBA scholarships should hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, a minimum three-year professional experience, GRE or GMAT score, and proficient in English.

GMAT is a standardized test for business school while GRE is an admission test for grad school the GRE does a broad assessment for their critical thinking, analytical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and quantitative reasoning skill much more like SAT or ACT.

30% Club MBA Scholarships ESMT Berlin

30% club is an organization that promotes gender balance in all level at the corporate environment, also to make a contribution and help increase corporate performance that will be beneficial for both companies and their shareholder. 30% and ESMT Berlin working together to address the issue and bring more effort to empower more women to take the leadership role in a professional setting and on the senior level.

The eligibility and requirements

The candidates must be identify as a female who demonstrate excellent leadership in her position during her professional career or who have a clear path toward a leadership position in the future.

Alumni Network Fellowship ESMT Berlin

Alumni Network Fellowship program is a full scholarship program provided by ESMT Berlin alumni for the candidate that works on non- profit sector and will return to the work after finishing the MBA program.

Alumni Network Fellowship applicants must have been accepted to be enrolled at ESMT Berlin and have to express their reason applying for the scholarship, the applicants must also have working experience for a non-profit organization and have the commitment to return back to the non-profit world. How to apply and requirements

The applicants for the MBA program at ESMT Berlin must meet the following requirements before applying online;

  • At least three years of postgraduate or professional working experience
  • Hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • High GMA T or GRE scores
  • English proficiency proved with TOEFL, PTE, IELTS certificate scores or other equivalent English proficiency tests.

For online application, the applicants should provide documents such;

  • CV
  • Personal data
  • Academic or professional background
  • Two Referee letter or Letter of recommendation that can support your application.
  • Your test scores
  • Copy of transcript records your undergraduate degree (might need to be translated into English or German ask admission for more detail)
