2. Brunei Darussalam Government Scholarship (Brunei Darussalam)
Brunei Darussalam Government Scholarship is offered to citizens of Negara Brunei Darussalam and to the international students to provide financial aid in the perusal of knowledge from undergraduate to graduate studies.
This scholarship is provided by the Brunei Darussalam Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. There are four best universities in Brunei which are included in the program’s study destinations, namely Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University (UNISSA), Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB), and Brunei Polytechnic (PB).

Selected candidates will be exempt from all tuition fees during the study, return plane tickets to Brunei Darussalam, a monthly allowance of BND 500, book allowance per year of BND 600, monthly meal allowance of BND 150, the maximum baggage allowance of BND 250 for countries in the ASEAN region, insurance coverage for the duration of the scholarship, as well as residential accommodation at the intended university or polytechnic.

3. Global Korea Scholarship (Korea)
Global Korea Scholarship (or formerly known as Korean Government Scholarship) is one of the fully funded undergraduate scholarships granted by the Korean Government to provide international students with opportunities to conduct advanced studies in undergraduate programs at higher educational institutions in the Republic of Korea to promote international exchanges in education and mutual friendship between countries.
It is available for undergraduate courses or 4-year courses at designated universities (transferring between universities is not allowed).
Grantees are required to take Korean language training courses for 1 year at a language institution located on-campus of the domestic universities. Those who have attained a Korean language fluency score higher than level 5 in TOPIK are exempted from this requirement.

4. Indian Council for Cultural Relation Scholarship (India)
Indian Council for Cultural Relations with a mandate of administering scholarship programs of Government of India annually awards about 3940 scholarship under 26 different schemes to foreign students from about 140 counties. Amongst these 23 schemes, six are funded by ICCR from its’ own grant and others are administered on behalf of MEA and Ministry of Ayush.
The courses offered for studies are for undergraduate, post-graduate, and M. Phil /Ph.D. levels. In every academic year, ICCR holds about 6,000+ foreign students who are studying at various central/states university, institutes, NITs, and agricultural institutions.

5. KAIST Scholarships (South Korea)
KAIST Scholarships are fully funded undergraduate scholarships that aim to support international students willing to conduct undergraduate studies at KAIST Korea. The scholarships provide students with a full tuition fee waiver, living expenses pocket money, and national health insurance. The programs want to select students who meet the goal of fostering science talents that contribute to the nation and social growth.
KAIST Scholarships grant successful applicants with the followings:

6. Latvian State Scholarships (Latvia)
Following bilateral agreements on co-operation in education and science concluded between the Latvian government and a few countries Latvia offers scholarships to foreign students, researchers, and teaching staff for studies, research, and participation in summer schools in Latvian higher education institutions.
Citizens from countries that have signed an agreement with Latvia or offer scholarships for Latvian citizens can apply for the Latvian State Scholarships. The language of instruction at Latvian higher education institutions is mainly Latvian, however, there are a few study programs offered in English.
Citizens from more than 40 eligible countries are welcome to apply for Latvian State Scholarships, fully funded undergraduate scholarships, for studies and research in Latvian higher education institutions. 7. Mitsui Bussan Scholarship Program for Indonesian Students (Japan)
The Mitsui Bussan Scholarship Program For Indonesia was established in Tokyo, Japan, in 1992 as a non-profit foundation under the approval of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (formerly called the Ministry of Education) of Japan-based upon a fund prepared by Mitsui & Co., Ltd. The program aims to encourage Indonesian students who wish to study at universities in Japan and obtain a bachelor’s degree thereby.
The objective of the Program is to support and assist the selected students (i.e., grantees) so that:
- The grantees could learn about and become intimate with Japanese culture and customs.
- The grantees could develop an international sensibility through daily life in Japan.
Consequently, the grantees would be able to make their best efforts in their respective fields to contribute to the development of Indonesia after finishing their studies in Japan, calling upon their experiences of living and studying in Japan.
Therefore, the grantees who have completed their studies in Japan under the program would be requested to make their utmost effort to materialize the Program’s objectives, however, the grantees will be entirely free from any other obligations and duties.

8. MOE Taiwan Scholarship (Taiwan)
The Taiwan Scholarship program is a joint initiative launched by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), the Ministry of Education (MOE), the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), and the National Science Council (NSC) in 2004. At the Republic of China’s centennial in 2011, the Taiwan Scholarship program evolved into the MOFA Taiwan Scholarship program and the MOE Taiwan Scholarship program to cater to students of varying backgrounds.
The MOE Taiwan Scholarship continues to encourage outstanding students to pursue academic degrees in Taiwan and to deepen their understanding of Taiwan’s academic environment, thereby enhancing exchanges and building friendships between Taiwan and their home nations.
Each applicant shall:
- Possess a high school diploma or higher; have performed well at his/her most recent academic institution and be of good moral character.
- Be neither a Taiwanese national nor an overseas Taiwanese compatriot.
- Have never enrolled in an educational institution in Taiwan for the same level of degree as the current application.
- Not be an exchange student through an academic cooperation agreement between an overseas university/college and an educational institute in Taiwan.
- Have no record of being revoked a MOE Scholarship program or other government-sponsored scholarship. Recipients cannot accept any other R.O.C. government-sponsored scholarships or subsidies concurrently with this scholarship.

9. OIC and NAM Member Countries Scholarship Azerbaijan (Azerbaijan)
The Azerbaijan International Development Agency (AIDA) provides a scholarship for international students under the Educational Grant Program which grants an opportunity for the selected candidate to study in the leading universities of Azerbaijan at the undergraduate level.
The scholarship covers the following benefits and entitlements:
- Tuition fee.
- International flight (Once a year, economy class).
- Monthly stipend for meals, accommodation, and utility costs (800 AZN).

10. Romania Government Scholarships (Romania)
The scholarship program offered by the Romanian state, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to foreign citizens, based on H.G. 288/1993, was launched. The fully funded undergraduate scholarships are offered to foreign citizens from countries that are not members of the European Union.
This scheme is dedicated to graduates of high schools or of equivalent pre-university studies, as well as to candidates who require the continuation of their studies in Romania. The complete cycle of university studies lasts for 3 to 6 years, according to the specific requirements of the chosen faculty, and ends with a final examination (licență).

11. Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Program (Hungaria)
The Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Program was launched in 2013 by the Hungarian Government. The core mission of the program is to increase the number of foreign students in Hungary and to encourage Hungarian higher education institutions to attract top foreign students.
Thousands of students from all around the world apply for higher educational studies in Hungary each year. The number of Stipendium Hungaricum applicants is continuously increasing as well as the number of available scholarship places. In the 2019/2020 round of applications, more than 4,400 scholarships were awarded.
