About SZABIST Institute
The Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (or called as SZABIST Institute) is a fully Chartered Institute established through a Legislative Act of the Sindh Assembly (Sindh Act No. XI of 1995). SZABIST is legitimated and approved by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan, as a degree awarding institution.
SZABIST Campuses
Today, SZABIST has five campuses in four cities in Pakistan, there are Islamabad, Karachi, Larkana, and Hyderabad. SZABIST also has a campus outside Pakistan, in Dubai United Arab Emirates.

SZABIST Need-Based Scholarship
Due the COVID-19 Pandemic, SZABIST changed the scholarship procedures.
SZABIST Need Based Scholarship 2020 which provides financial aid to the needy yet meritorious students will be processed online. You can download application form here and then the interview will be conducted online.
Eligibility
To apply SZABITS need-based scholarship 2020, your annual family income must not be over than 900,000/-
Qualifications
- For Fall 2020 entrance meeting admission criteria. Shortlisted candidates are those who qualify SZABIST Admission Test and Interview;
- For current SZABIST students CGPA 2.5 and above.
Students with EMBA, LLB and external degree programs are not eligible for this scholarship.

Application
- After downloaded and filled the application form completely, you need to submit form as well as all attached required documents listed in the application form and then email it to snbsp2020@szabist.pk before July 17, 2020. Please follow the convention for subject of your e-mail STUDENT_NAME(REG NO.XXXX). Registration number is displayed on your admission form.
- All forms and documents will be verified by the External Relations & Financial Assistance Department and responses will be sent to the students by August 8, 2020
- Online Interviews will be conducted from August 12-15, 2020 (Tentative)
- Shortlisted students will be notified regarding their schedule of interview through e-mail and SMS
- Final Merit List of Selected Applicants will be displayed on website by August 18, 2020.
