Eligibility Requirements

The scholarship begins accepting applications every 12 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of each calendar month. Then, it ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time of the same calendar month.
The scholarship application period reopens every first of the month unless otherwise specified. There is no upper limit to the number of months an entrant can participate in.
