1. The Crankstart Scholarships

Value: Course fees and a grant for living costs

Closing Date: February 8, 2023

You may qualify for a Crankstart Scholarship if you live in the United Kingdom, are pursuing your first undergraduate degree, and your household income is £27,500 or less annually. The scholarship includes a non-repayable bursary worth up to £5,500 per year towards study and living costs.

2. The Hill Foundation Scholarships

Value: Course fees and a grant for living costs

Closing Date: February 8, 2023

The Hill Foundation Scholarships enable Russian students to study at Oxford for any graduate or second BA course. To qualify for the scholarship, you must be requesting to begin an Oxford University “second first degree.”

Also, you must hold a first degree from a Russian institution, normally reside in the Russian Federation, be a national of that country, and not currently be enrolled in any other degree programs outside of Russia.

3. The Bright Oceans Corporation Scholarships

Value: Course fees and a grant for living costs

Closing Date: February 8, 2023

These Oxford University Scholarships 2023 offer financial aid to Chinese undergraduate students who have excelled academically. Potential students must be beginning a course of study in the Division of Mathematics, Physical Sciences, and Life Sciences.

4. The Palgrave Brown Scholarships

The Palgrave Brown Scholarships are open to undergraduate students from selected Eastern European countries who require financial aid.

5. The Reach Oxford Scholarships

A number of Reach Oxford Scholarships, formerly Oxford Student Scholarships, are offered to students from low-income countries.

In particular, applicants must be nationals of countries that receive official development assistance from the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). These scholarships are available for all subjects except medicine.

6. The Simon and June Li Undergraduate Scholarships

Undergraduates from underprivileged origins in the United Kingdom who are of Black African and Caribbean heritage are eligible for these awards. The program is supported by Dr. Ateh Jewel, an accomplished journalist and supporter of diversity.

However, applicants who are seeking a second undergraduate degree will not be taken into consideration.

8. The Oxford Center for Islamic Studies Scholarships

Value: Course fees (at the home rate) and a grant for living costs

Closing Date: February 8, 2023

The Oxford Center for Islamic Studies sponsored these scholarships. They aim to provide support for United Kingdom students from Muslim communities. Except for medicine and PGCE, they are offered for all courses. Scholarships will be given based on academic achievement and financial need.

9. The Oxford Bursaries

Value: Costs of studying and living

An annual Oxford Bursary is available to lower-income students from the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland who are enrolled in their first undergraduate program and who are residents of either country.

Your annual household income will determine the amount of the bursary. For example, a household earning £16,000 or less annually qualifies for a £3,700 annual scholarship. You need to have your financial assessment finished by May 2024 in order to be eligible for the award.

10. The Oxford Travel Supplement

Value: Travel costs

Closing Date: February 8, 2023

The university will cover your travel expenses between your stated home address and Oxford if you are pursuing your first undergraduate degree and live more than 80 miles away from Oxford.

If you live between 80 and 150 miles from Oxford and are a Crankstart Scholar or Oxford Bursary recipient, you will automatically receive a non-repayable yearly Oxford Travel Supplement of £200.

On the other hand, if you live more than 150 miles from Oxford, you will receive a £500 annual Oxford Travel Supplement. The direct distance in miles is used to calculate the distance.
