International Scholarships in Italy

Italy is the fourth most populous country and has a long history of education in Europe, 20 of Italian universities considered as to ranked universities in the world, among them is Bologna University considered the best University in the country and one of the oldest University in the world that still operating.

Scholarship at Macerata University, Italy

Macerate Univerity or Universita di Macerata is one of the oldest Universty in Italy partnered with Invest your talent in Italy (IYT) program to provide the scholarship for the international students who want continue their study in Global politic and international relations at Macerata University.

The scholarship accommodates for nine months of study periods and will be granted 900 EUR monthly allowance starting 1 October 2019.

The Eligibility and Requirements

  • The Applicants should be the permanent resident or citizen from the following country; Azerbaijan, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Iran, Ghana, Kazakhstan, Mexico, China, Tunisia, Turkey, Vietnam.
  • No more than 26 years old by the time of application.
  • B2 certificates of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)

You will also need to prepare the following documents for the application process:

  • Transcripts records and bachelor degree certificates also its official copy in English
  • English proficiency certificates TOEFL/IELTS
  • Italian language certificates
  • 1 min motivation video
  • Valid passport
  • CV

Applying

To apply the applicants must submit a pre-admission application as a Global Politics and International Relation as their chosen major. Then the applicants must submit their application through Invest your Talent in Italy’s online portal before 31 January 2019, 12:00 (mid-day Italian time).

UNIBO Actions 1&2 Scholarship Program

The oldest University in the country University of Bologna offer financial support for international students who study at the University of Bologna, The University of Bologna ranked 1st in Italy and among top 200’s Universities in the world and especially well known for its Law study major that considered one of the best in the world.

The scholarship program provides support for one academic year of Bachelor or Master’s degree program. The scholarship grants 11,000 EUR, gross. (UNIBO Act. 2) and Tuition fee’s waiver (UNIBO Act.1).

The Eligibility and Requirements

The applicants have successfully enrolled in their chosen degree program that issued by institutions outside Italy or Italian education institution outside Italy, no more 30 years old by the time of application, Taking SAT test for Bachelor study programs and GRE test for Master study programs.

Applying

To apply the students must submit their application through The University of Bologna’s online portal. The application process will be open in January 2019 and will be closed end of April 2019 for Bachelor program and end of March 2019 for Master program. To see more about UNIBO Action check here.

Padova International Excellence Scholarship

The University of Padova is birthed many excellence alumni since 1222, the university offers the scholarship for highest academic achiever who studies a full-time Bachelor or Master degree program using English medium at the University of Padova, the scholars will be ambassadors that represent the University of Padova in many upcoming events

The scholarship will grant the selected students with Tuition fee Waiver and 12,000 EUR (gross) of stipends.

The Eligibility and Requirements

Highly talented students from all over the world (exclude Italian nationality) and do not possess any Italian secondary education diploma or Bachelor degree from any Italian universities or institutions, not granted with any other national or international scholarships.

How to Apply

  • The applicants must be full-time students from one of the listed English full degree programs at the University of Padova
  • Complete online acceptance procedure and deposit 185 EUR before the given deadline

The international students will automatically be considered to be scholarship recipient if meets the requirements given, the selective process will be started by evaluating candidates academic performance and promise in their study progress. One scholarship will be granted for each respective departments of Bachelor and Master’s study program and no separate application will be required.

UCSC International Scholarship

Universita Cattolica has four affiliated campuses that spread across Italy, the campuses located in Milan, Rome, Brescia, Piacenza-Cremona. Universita Cattolica is a private research university since 1921 and has 12 faculties and 7 postgraduate institutions, in 2017 its Law faculty ranked 80th in the world according to QS World University Ranking system. The full tuition fee for three-years bachelor program is 8,040 EUR per year and  8540 EUR per year for Master program.

UCSC scholarship provides 5000 EUR worth annual scholarship for Bachelor and 5750 EUR for Master programs, the recipients of the scholarship can extend their scholarship period by maintaining their performance to graduate on time at Universita Cattolica.

The Eligibility and Requirements

The eligible participants for this scholarship are non-EU nationality international students and not  EDUCatt scholarship or any other scholarship recipients.

Applying

To apply for the scholarship the student must request to be participants of USCS scholarship program upon applying through the online application process.
